Pascale Felten
Pascale Felten is a doctoral student in "political and social sciences" at the Centre for Ethnic and Migration Studies (CEDEM) of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Liège (ULiège). She holds a Master's degree in "Population and Development Studies", with a specialisation in "North-South Cooperation" from ULiège. Her doctoral project, carried out under the supervision of Dr Hassan Bousetta, aims to study the role of biographical ruptures and bifurcations in the construction of social trajectories of converts to Islam. These confessional ruptures and bifurcations are analysed by taking into consideration the presence of discourses and attitudes of hostility towards Islam and Muslims.
